What to Expect from Working with Susan

All sessions take place online via Zoom, so you can join from wherever feels most comfortable for you. 

Sessions are 60 or 75 minutes depending on your chosen package. We’ll begin with a free 30-minute discovery call so we can get a feel for each other and make sure it’s the right fit before you commit to anything. 

In our sessions, we’ll work gently and at your pace. You won’t be pushed to go anywhere you’re not ready for. Using EFT tapping, nervous system tools, and compassionate coaching, we’ll work with whatever is showing up for you that day.  Many clients find that things begin to shift from the very first session.

The Clarity Call is a no-cost 30-minute online session. It’s a calm, supportive space for us to connect and explore what’s been feeling overwhelming for you.
